Zoom: Likely Overvalued As Microsoft Teams Dominates

From the user's point of view, there isn't much difference between the quality of Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

But the way a company makes decisions makes it easier for Microsoft Teams to be chosen as the vendor.

In the most recent quarter, Zoom's non-enterprise sales fell 10% year over year,

and the company's total number of customers stayed the same, while Microsoft Teams' sales grew.

If management doesn't pull a rabbit out of the hat soon, this stock is probably worth a lot more than it should be.

Most of the analysis of Zoom (NASDAQ:NASDAQ:ZM) from other people has been from a financial point of view.
