Olivia Wilde defeated her ex-boyfriend Jason Sudeikis in the custody dispute. Jason Sudeikis lost the custody dispute Olivia Wilde had with him.
The actor and director of "Don't Worry, Darling" won a legal battle in California after the judge determined that their two children,
Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5, were lawfully residents of the state. This comes after the 38-year-old actress alleged that the 46-year-old "Ted Lasso" actor,
who wanted the kids to call New York home, issued the custody papers in April "in the most violent way conceivable" as
she was participating in a panel discussion about her new movie at Comic Con. By having the documents delivered in such a prominent place,
Olivia claimed in a filing that Jason, with whom she had a relationship from 2011 until 2020, was trying to "embarrass" and "threass" her.
In the court documents, Olivia, who is currently romantically linked to pop singer Harry Styles, 28, stated: "Jason's actions were plainly designed to frighten me and catch me off guard."
He had the option of serving me discreetly, but he went for the most aggressive approach.
It goes directly against the interests of our children that Jason would embarrass me professionally and put our private dispute on display in this way.
For the sake of our kids, Jason has made it evident that we won't be able to resolve this for the sake of our kids outside of court.
"Papers were prepared to establish jurisdiction of the kids of Ms. Wilde and Mr. Sudeikis," they claimed. He would never allow her to be treated in such a disrespectful way.
