NL West Notes: Gonsolin, Belt, Bryant

Tony Gonsolin, a pitcher for the Dodgers, is still getting better from a right forearm strain.

He has been on the 15-day injured list since August 29. Gonsolin's recovery hasn't gone as quickly as the team had hoped,

but Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times says that he did well in a bullpen session earlier this week.

Gonsolin has said that his role with the Dodgers is not set in stone when he comes back.

He and manager Dave Roberts have talked about "different routes" for his role when he comes back.

In his first full season of starting, Gonsolin has been nothing short of amazing.

He has pitched 128 and a third innings with a 2.49 ERA, 23.7 K%, and 7.2 BB% (23 starts).
