AJ Dillon: The Green Bay Police Department is looking into an incident in which an officer shoved a runner.
On Saturday, the incident happened at Lambeau Field during a friendly between Manchester City and Bayern Munich.
During a weather delay, the NFL player was entertaining the crowd before the officer grabbed and pushed him.
After that, he said, "It was just a mix-up between the two sides."
Videos of the incident that were posted on social media show the officer holding Dillon back as he tried to do a Lambeau Leap,
the Packers' famous touchdown celebration, while the game was delayed because of heavy rain and lightning.
During the 30-minute rain delay, two security guards told me and helped me get down to the field
so I could do a Lambeau Leap and get the crowd going. I think the officer didn't hear them tell me to get down, "Dillon sent a tweet.
"The @GBPolice are great people and I'm glad we have them down there for our games to keep us safe.
