On Monday, protests and criticism from around the world continued over the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini,
who was killed after being detained for not following the country's dress code.
According to a statement from the acting UN High Commissioner for Human Rights,
Nada Al-Nashif, Amini, who was Kurdish, was arrested by Iran's "morality police" last week for not covering her hair with a headscarf, the right way.
The statement said that Amini passed out at a detention centre, went into a coma, and died three days later.
Iranian police said that Amini died of a heart attack and showed a video that they said showed the moment she fell down.
but the family was able to bury her in the morning.
