Listen Out JID joins line-up as Polo G drops out

The Atlanta rapper JID, whose album The Forever Story was triple j's Feature Album last week, has just been added to the lineup for Listen Out in Melbourne,

Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, and Adelaide. JID is one of the best lyricists and most versatile rappers to come out in recent years.

He is signed to J. Cole's respected Dreamville label. He's a real beast behind the mic, whether he's performing at a big festival or

in a small space like NPR's Tiny Desk Concert.
JID will be joining artists like Disclosure, Central Cee, Doechii, AJ Tracey,

The Jungle Giants, Tove Lo, and more. But Polo G is not one of them. In an Instagram Story, Chicago rapper Polo G said that he is cancelling his

tour of Australia and New Zealand, including any sideshows that were planned.

Festival organisers say, "This means he won't be playing at Listen Out and Listen In."
