Homemade Films Brings New Projects to Venice, Boards Mahdi Fleifel’s ‘Men in the Sun’ (EXCLUSIVE)

Mahdi Fleifel's upcoming movie "Men in the Sun," which is in its final stages of development, has been picked up by Homemade Films of Greece.

The story takes place in Athens and is about masculinity, exile, and loss. It is about young refugees in their 20s who are trying to make it in the big city

The company is also ready to start filming "Animal," which Sofia Exarchou wrote and directed. It will be co-produced by Nabis Filmgroup, Ars Ltd

Digital Cube, and Felony Productions. Also, its founder, Maria Drandaki, just showed off new projects at the Venice Gap-Financing Market.

The movie "Arcadia," which will be directed by Yorgos Zois, will be made by Homemade Films, Foss Production, and Red Carpet.
