For iPhone users who have been using a model that is getting old, Apple's new iPhone 14 series

might not be the best choice after its latest product launch event.

Instead, they could upgrade to an older iPhone 12 or 13. Both are fully compatible with Apple's iOS

and U.S. 5G networks, and Apple now sells both for $100 less.

That makes the starting price of the iPhone 12 from 2020 $599, while the starting price of the iPhone 13

from last year is now $599 for the mini size and $699 for the standard size. The new iPhone 14 will start at $799 when pre-orders begin on September 9.

The price of the updated iPhone SE, which Apple released in January, is still $429, but its 4.7-inch screen

may be too small for people who are used to bigger phones like the 13 mini, which has a 5.4-inch screen, or the 12, 13, and 14 with 6.1-inch screens.
