Britney Spears says she’s ‘traumatised for life

Britney Spears said that her 13-year conservatorship had "permanently traumatized" her, and it's likely that she'll never play live music again

In an Instagram post that has since been deleted, Spears talked about how hard it was to put on her past shows and how she prepares for her live shows.

Spears begins her letter by stating that she lacked creative control over her songs at the time and that the only music video she enjoyed was

for her 2013 track "Work B****." The "Toxic" singer also discussed the negative interactions she has had with paparazzi.  

The most offensive self-proclaimed professional photographs on every tour. I suppose they could have at least edited them for me... just saying...

two-day filming for a new show in Las Vegas was the absolute worst ever... and despite my five-month anticipation for tour photos, I was never shown any,

"Spears stated. "I would sooner stop urinating in my pool and take photos of myself in studios than work with the most awful people I've ever encountered."
