A lawyer for Britney Spears is speaking out against a series of videos that her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, has put online.

Spears' sons posted several videos on Instagram on Wednesday that he said were taken by Spears' sons a few years ago.

In the videos, Spears seems to argue with her two children and uses harsh language. Since then, the videos have been taken down from the social media site,

but TMZ did post them. In a statement to CNN, Spears' lawyer said, "We are working with Instagram to make sure that Mr. Federline follows its rules,

and we are looking into all possible ways to get rid of him." "Whether he knows it or not, Mr. Federline has violated the privacy and dignity of the mother of his children,

and he has also hurt the privacy of his own children, whom he should be protecting," Spears' lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, said.

"It was cruel and bottom of the barrel for Mr. Federline to post an old video of his 11- and 12-year-old children."

Federline said in his post that his family shared the videos to show why they have been staying away from Spears lately. CNN has reached out to Federline's lawyer to hear what he has to say.

Rosengart said, "It was an honour to work with Britney to get her father removed as conservator, to help her get her freedom and dignity back,

and to protect her from the kind of bullying she faced in the past." We won't stand for bullying in any area. "
