Teens who wanted to kill someone are said to have followed a bikie kickboxer with a digital tracker. He was shot five times in the chest, killing him.

Seven individuals have been detained in connection with the shooting in Melbourne. 

18-year-old Yasir Al Qassim has been charged with attempted murder and is requesting bail. 

Police claim a digital tracker was installed on Abdulrahim before the attack. 
Supposedly,

 Al Qassim's DNA was discovered on a bullet found at the crime scene.
