Tiffany Haddish: All My Gigs Are Gone After Molestation Lawsuit

Even though the case against Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears for molesting a child was dropped on Wednesday, it looks like the damage has already been done.

The actress from “Girls Trip” told TMZ that it cost her “all of my gigs.”

Haddish was caught on camera at LAX saying, “I lost everything. All of my jobs have ended. ” When asked if the case being dropped would make a difference, she said, “I don’t know, bro. I don’t have a job. “

She didn’t say which jobs she might have lost, but it was announced earlier this year that she would be back for Season 2 of “The Afterparty” on Apple. The Disney horror comedy “Haunted Mansion,” which is in post-production right now, will be her next big movie.

Haddish told TMZ in a separate video that she was “relieved” that the lawsuit was dropped because she was “worried about the kids and wanted to make sure they were OK.” She said, “I don’t talk to him,” when asked what Spears thought of the situation.

A “Jane Doe” filed the lawsuit earlier this month. She said that the comedy duo forced two minors to make sketch videos with sexual themes. The plaintiff filed a notice of dismissal with prejudice on Tuesday. This means that the suit cannot be filed again.

My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years, and we now know that she would never hurt me or my brother or help anyone do something that could hurt us. We hope the best for Tiffany and are glad that this is all over.

In 2013, when the children were 14 and 7, the videos were made. Haddish later said she was sorry she was in the sketch with Spears and the young boy called “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes.”

A lawyer for Haddish told TheWrap that the children’s mother had been trying to get money out of the comedian for years, calling the claims “bogus” and a “shakedown.
