Tomorrow, GameStop will put out the GMERIA NFT collection. Back in July, GameStop opened its NFT Marketplace and said it was a place where gamers, creators, collectors, and other members of the community could buy, sell, and trade NFTs.
GameStop ‘GME’ to release GMERICA NFT
There are already a number of collections available for sale on the website nft.gamestop.com. For example, League of Legendary Lions by DAZ3D and NFTarot by Polyform-Labs are both available.
But it was just announced that GameStop’s NFT Marketplace will get a brand new GMERICA NFT collection tomorrow. This collection was made in partnership with the artist 1TZAH. The GameStop NFT Twitter account talked about the news and told people when the collection would go live.
If you haven’t seen 1TZAH’s work before, they are known for making beautiful pixel art versions of popular games. Many of these are for The Legend of Zelda series, and one GIF for Breath of the Wild has almost 20,000 likes on Twitter.
By looking at 1TZAH’s different posts and the many positive comments on them, it seems like their NFT collection may do well, but it’s still too early to tell what kind of content it will have. For that, you’ll have to check out the collection when it goes live tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. (PT) and 12:00 p.m. (ET).
